Back, hopfully refreshed, but not had enough time to properly get to grip wth today's racing yet.

Jira, and Sovereign Remedy are bets – not sure what else. Conduit and Golden Sword look the ones for the King George (hardly original) and I'll be furious if Look Here wins!

I'll do a Murtagh treble at Ascot for the fun bet.
