A good start to the week. I played the two Hereford races – and suffered a scary second circuit in the Novice Chase once the favourite had been pulled up. Even better, the gut instinct that made me avoid the Greyhound final proved perspicacious.
Catterick has two possibles, We're not likely to get a playable price on the front three in the 1:50. We could play the front four in the 2:20, but they are far from solid, as befits the course. Sit and ponder.
